Your family will love the Vail kids activities this summer. Gondola rides, outdoor hikes, dino digs, horseback riding, indoor ice skating, movie theaters and mountaintop laser tag are just a few of the adventure waiting for your kids at Vail Resort this summer.
Adventure Ridge

Dino Dig Children will love this interactive learning experience. Little ones, age 4 years and up, dig through sand to uncover dinosaur bones and learn about these prehistoric creatures through an educational display. Digging "tools" and a map are provided.

Disc Golf Aself-guided, nine-hole disc golf course. Agreat activity for a small group.

Guided Nature Hikes Take off on a guided nature hike on Vail Mountain and learn about the flora and fauna from our guides.
Daily hikes are offered through a cooperative program with the Gore Range Natural Science School and Vail Resorts.

Rebound Trampoline Try out our bouncing bungee harnessed trampoline. Located at the base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola.

Discovery Center Located at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola, the Discovery Center introduces you to the environment through fun, interactive displays and guided nature hikes. Open daily 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. For more information call 970-754-4675.

Skatepark Throw down at Vail Skatepark, located atop the LionsHead parking structure in Vail. Do your own thing or elevate your skills in one of our Skateboard Clinics, led by trained, professional skateboard instructors. Helmets required. Call (970) 479-2271 for more information.

Imagination Station If your child is at least 3-years-old and potty trained, they're welcome to spend up to three engaging hours at Imagination Station. Our friendly staff will guide your child through a variety of entertaining and educational activities based on their specific interests. Conveniently located in the loft above Subway in LionsHead. Nature Center In the heart of Vail, nestled along the banks of Gore Creek, you'll find a seven-acre expanse of forest, meadow and stream. This peaceful, enchanting place is the Vail Nature Center, a favorite of locals and visitors alike. A wide variety of educational and fun programs are offered here, both within the Nature Center and extending out into the wild mountain country that surrounds it. Vail Nature Center is easily accessible, located just across Gore Creek, opposite the Betty Ford Alpine Garden and Ford Amphitheater. Drop in on an educational program, or just spend some time with the birds and wildflowers that brighten up Vail throughout the summer.
