Can I book my reservation on-line?
Yes. To book your reservation on-line, select the dates and enter number of adults and number of children. Click the next button. Available room types and rates will be displayed. Click on the appropriate room type and the rate you qualify for. Click continue. Using our secure server, please enter guest information as well as a credit card. Review the Hotel Policy information and click continue to confirm your reservation. Please print the confirmation page to ensure reservation details.
Check in time is 4pm, if we arrive early, can we check in early?
Upon your early arrival to Lion Square Lodge, you are welcome to approach the front desk regarding your check-in. If your unit is ready upon your arrival we will be happy to check you in, however, early check-ins are not guaranteed.
Check-out time is 10am(winter)/11am(summer), however, our flight does not leave until later in the afternoon, can we have a late check-out?
You may call the Front Desk the morning of your departure to request a late check-out, however, the Housekeeping Department must have adequate time to thoroughly clean all units to prepare them for the next arrival. Upon check-out, guests can leave their luggage with the Bellstaff and use the change rooms and showers located at the pool area to freshen up before traveling. Although we try to honor the requests of our guests, we can not guarantee a late check-out.
Are pets allowed?
No. To protect our homeowners and guests with allergies, we have a strict policy outlined by the Lion Square Lodge Homeowners Association which does not allow dogs, cats or pets of any kind on property at any time.
