Property Upgrades

March 2008, North Building Rendering

Lion Square Lodge has embarked on the latest property upgrade.  Designed to complement the resort's European elegance, the North Building of Lion Square Lodge will undergo a comprehensive revitalization. Expansive rooms will feature crafted wood finishes in a timeless alpine tradition. Every element has been carefully selected to embody elegance and sophistication. 

The North Building transformation will include the addition of nine units called The Tower Residences.  The Tower Residences at Lion Square will be one of the most prestigious ownership opportunities offered during Vail's renaissance.  Each Tower Residence will have private elevator access. Views will showcase the Gore Range and Vail Mountain.  The Tower Residences include two-, three- or four-bedroom condominiums or a four- or five-bedroom penthouse. 

Renovations began in March 2008 with two anticipated completion dates:  

• December 2008  
  • the expansion of the existing 27 units
  • refacing of the entire North Building
• December 2009
  • completion of  The Tower Residences
