North Building Rendering

Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola is nearing completion of the latest property upgrades.  Designed to complement the resort's European elegance, Lion Square Lodge North has undergone a comprehensive revitalization. Expansive rooms will feature crafted wood finishes in a timeless alpine tradition. Every element has been carefully selected to embody elegance and sophistication. 

The Lion Square Lodge North transformation will include the addition of nine units called The Tower Residences at Lion Square Lodge.  The Tower Residences at Lion Square Lodge will be one of the most prestigious ownership opportunities offered during Vail's renaissance.  Each Tower Residence will have private elevator access. Views will showcase the Gore Range and Vail Mountain.  The Tower Residences include two, three or four bedroom condominiums and a four or five bedroom penthouse. 

Renovations began in March 2008 with two anticipated completion dates:  

• December 2009  
  • the expansion of the existing 27 condominium units
  • refacing of the entire North Building
• March 2010
  • completion of  The Tower Residences at Lion Square Lodge
  • completion of the exercise facility and hot tub area
