I am writing to thank you for your staff's outstanding customer service. While I was there, Julie the Concierge and Coco at the Front Desk helped me tremendously. My daughter came down with altitude sickness and a stomach virus all at the same time. Julie helped me call a doctor and Coco was able to extend my stay until my daughter was feeling better. I am very thankful for their help and support. They were both very compassionate and understanding and you should be very proud of their excellent customer service. It is great to know that when you are away from home there are people out there that can truly help when you need it the most. Thanks again, your level of guest services went way beyond my expectations.

Vail and Lion Square Lodge have jumped to No. 1 on our family's list of ski resort destinations. The mountain is fantastic and the lodge is great offering all the amenities that we could ask for, but what sets LSL apart, at least for us, is your staff. This attitude of friendliness, great service and never saying "no" to any of my crazy requests pervades your entire staff...and that's why we'll be back to the Lion Square Lodge.

The Lion Square Lodge has rooms as well as condos. We had a one bedroom condo facing the mountains. The view was perfect. The condo was large with plenty of room for four. Beds very cozy. Our 2 girls slept comfortably on the sofa sleeper. Kitchen had everything possibly needed. Housekeeping was great. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Harvey was very friendly. It was nice for the kids to get hot chocolate and cookies from the lobby in the evenings (it is offered 24/7) The pool was very clean and at a good temperature. They even offered pool toys and towls. I highly recommend this hotel. Especially rooms with a view. We will be back at the Lion Square Lodge for sure!

We stopped in Vail on a whim, since my youngest child had gotten sick. We found this property in our AAA Guidebook and booked a room, not knownig what to expect. It was very lovely. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath BEAUTIFUL condo with a balcony, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. It was like being at home (just much better view). The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful in helping us find a restaurant that the kids would like. Overall, this was by far the best place we stayed in our 17 day Colorado trip. I cannot wait to come back during the winter season. I loved our bathroom! I also like the Aveda products.

Harvey at the concierge desk is very knowledgeable and told us about the Bravo concerts at the Ford Amphitheater - what a breathtaking venue & an amazing treat to see the New York Philharmonic in Vail of all places! Our condominium was very comfortable. Your staff is very nice. The location of your property is why we choose to stay with you and it exceeded our expectations! Thank you!
MaryAnne T. - Great property. We loved our condominium and it had a mountain view which made us feel like we were truly away from it all! The kitchen is a must with kids! The pool and hot tubs were a perfect ending to our activity filled days. We loved that the gondola was RIGHT THERE and FREE in the afternoons. And we rode our bikes all over - that bike path running along your property was perfect. We appreciated the free parking, most hotels charge for parking, we left our car parked and walked or took the intown shuttle to dinner and to the Vail Village for the Sunday Famers Market. Thanks for a great vacation we plan to come back this winter!

His charming smile and pleasant, friendly demeanor are great first impressions for your lodge. Jordan was helpful each day with our skis. He was always fresh and pleasant as well. It is rare to interact with such pleasant people. We hope to see them when we come back next year!!
Houston, TX - Excellent location, very nice accomodations. Stayed over Thanksgiving holidays. Our room was literally steps away from the Gondola. Staff was very friendly. 2 bed, 2 bath condo very nice and plenty of space for a group of six. Kitchen fully equipped - all utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again.
Tripadvisor Member - I loved the location of the hotel, it was excellent. As our trip was for skiing, the gondola is right there, they store your skis for you right at the entrance of the hotel so you really don't have to carry them at all (I loved that). When you finish a long day of skiing there is a wonderful young man waiting to help you with your skis to store them for the night and they receive you with a cup of hot coccoa or hot cider and cookies. Wow, what a treat. I loved the hotel and the view from there is unbeatable. I can hardly wait to go back!!!!!!!!!
Sacramento, CA - The staff were great and the rooms were clean. Price was reasonable and they had many amenities for adults and kids. The pool was right down the hall from the computers. The lodge was close to all shops, restaurants and lifts. My wife enjoyed the shops, Farmers Market, Arts & Crafts Fairs and the big name entertainment at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater; all within walking distance or a short drive.

Anonymous - This has to be one of the best locations in Vail. It is literally steps from the gondola and you can't beat the ski Valet. You can ski right to the sidewalk at the Lodge and then walk 50 feet to the ski valet and then on to your room for a quick nap then back for more runs! After a good day of skiing, enjoy 1 of 3 outdoor hot tubs while the snow comes down on your face! There is a van that goes to the grocery store every night which is very handy.

Guest from Minnesota - Super location right next to the Gondola! Excellent personnel – very friendly and responsive. Ski storage is convenient outside the front door. Easy walking distance to shops/dining/shuttle bus. Kid’s Ski School is just steps away from the hotel. Very easy to get the kids there with minimal hassle.
Holly M. - We had a 2bedroom/2bath condo. The room was wonderful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was right on the slopes so we could ski in and take a break. The hot tubs were to die for! I recommend Lion Square Lodge highly!
